Vinification: Semi-sweet red wine is made from Mujeretuli and Alexandrouli grapes, grown in the Kvanchkara micro-zone (Racha-Lechkhumi). The wine is produced in a traditional way: after 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby maintaining natural sweetness and freshness.
