Vinification: The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikoloz (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. It is made from grapes of the variety of Saperavi. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby maintaining natural sweetness and freshness.

Taste: Pleasant light sweetness perfectly combined with berry notes
